1. Cash - 20%deposit the balance spread in 90 days
2. Instalment -20% deposit and balance to be paid up in 30 months
3. Mortgage - 20%deposit  and balance to be paid up by bank after project is done.

Please note you can book a unit by paying a Kshs 30,000.00 booking fee (the same is part of your initial deposit) , which allows us to assign a unit to you as you work on your deposits.

Ground floor will be a commercial space
1st to 3rd floor will be for parking
Then housing starts from 4th floor which will be now 1st floor living
