Why Ruaka is seeing more development
Ruaka is seeing more growth in properties due to the following factors and influences across the region :

The construction will help decongest Nairobi and make transportation seamless easening traffic. This in turn leads to a surge of property dvelopment since developers speculate high population to good road access.
- Great security from the presence of International embassies and other worldly organizations suh as United Nations, Hope worldwide, American Embassy.
- Cheaper Ruaka land prices compared to its neighbours in Rosslyn, Runda that is relatively unused which happens to be next to the upcoming highway.

A brief History
About half a decade ago, Ruaka was just some vast agriultural land planted with leafy vegetables, mainly occupied by farmers. Many people were therefore not living there as compared to today. People hence started to kove into those areas as land was cheap, the town was strategically located and the aforementioned reasons.
Development and community
Ruaka has since seen a high construction boom in residential real estate from areas nearing the yet to be completed highway, since the government decided it was bestr to decongest the CBD.
